Having recently returned from a holiday in Vietnam I was amazed by the roads I had to cross in Saigon.You take your life in your hands, as you can see from the short video clip I found on Youtube. Pedestrians have least right of way, and there are no such things as pedestrian crossings, you just hold your breath,say a prayer and go....
